Look: After download the file you need unzip. That create a folder having the 3 files: recovery.img and two files scatter.
Instructions:
Need flashing with SPFTv5.1352.01 => You need experience for know how to flash.
If you not know how to flash with SPFT (Smarth Phone Flash Tool) googleing it. The errors appears because you havent the drivers MTK installed correctly.
- off device
- Start SPFT and open scatter file
- deselect all options. Select only RECOVERY option and choose folder and the file TWRP by lopestom (I hope you unzipped the file and see recovery.img and scatter file)
- flash: download mode
- Process of flash okay – restart device with POWER and VOL+ pressed.

If your device was ROOTed you can use the apliccations from play store for flash the recovery.img. Just search for flashfy, Rash, etc
